Service And Complaint Requests

In an effort to better serve the residents of Stone Mills, a system of receiving and monitoring service requests has been established.  All service requests will be recorded as to when they are received, the action required and when this action is completed.  Regular reporting will ensure service requests are followed up and completed in a timely manner.

However to make this system work effectively, all service requests must be made in writing or other form of hard copy.  Service requests will be also be accepted by fax or email providing the name and contact information is provided by the sender.  The identity of all persons submitting a service request will be protected pursuant to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection to Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990.
