No permit is required but you must follow the rules as set out in By-law 2008-435
When can I burn?
Between the evening hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. I know this seems strange but it’s because there is dew on the ground in the evening, the wind usually falls, it’s easier to see sparks on the ground and people usually have their laundry off the line by that time.

Can I use a credit card?
We do not accept credit cards, however we do accept payments by cash, cheque or debit card.
How do I set up for preauthorized payment for my taxes?
A form is available at the Township Office or on the Taxation page of this website. A void cheque must be submitted with the completed application.
Can I pay my taxes using online/telephone/internet?
Yes, when you set up the Township as a payee, use your 19 digit assessment roll number as your account number. If you have more than one property you will have to do an additional set up with the corresponding roll number, this will ensure your payment is posted to the correct account.
