Change of Council Meeting Schedule: Second and Fourth Mondays

Effective January 1, 2026, regular Council meetings will move to the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 6:30 p.m.

Council has adopted By-law 2025-1318, being a By-law to amend Procedure By-law 2024-1264, to change the regular Council meeting schedule beginning in January 2026.

Effective date: Monday, January 1, 2026.

New schedule: Regular meetings will be held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month.

Start time and location: 6:30 p.m., 4504 County Road 4, Centreville, Council Chambers.

Agendas and livestream: Meeting agendas are posted on the CivicWeb Portal the Thursday prior to each meeting. Meetings are streamed on the Township’s YouTube channel.

Holiday note: When a scheduled meeting falls on a statutory holiday (e.g., Thanksgiving, Monday, October 12, 2026), the meetings move to the next business day that is not a public holiday. Please consult the 2026 calendar on our website to receive current meeting information.
