Notice of Intent to Adopt an Updated Fees and Charges By-law

Please be advised that the Council for the Corporation of the Township of Stone Mills will consider an amendment to By-law 2024-1237 Being a By-law to Impose Fees and Charges.

The staff report to explain the proposed amendments to the By-law was presented to Council at the Regular Council meeting of December 8, 2025. The draft By-law can be viewed here.

Council will consider the draft By-law at their Regular Council meeting scheduled for January 12, 2026 at 6:30 PM. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers, located at 4504 County Rd. 4 in Centreville, ON.

Any person may make written comments regarding the proposed amendment to the Fees and Charges By-Law. Comments regarding the proposed amendment to the By-law will be received by the Clerk until Monday, January 12th, 2026 at 4:00 PM, by email clerk@stonemills.com, or by mail at 4504 County Rd. 4 Centreville ON. K0K 1N0. Individual’s may also attend the meeting on January 12th, 2026 and can register under Open Forum to provide comment on the proposed amendment to the By-law.
