Public Notice to Permanently Close a Portion of Rattie Road

IN ACCORDANCE WITH Section 34 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 2001 as amended, and the Township’s Public Notice Policy notice is hereby provided that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Stone Mills proposes to pass a by-law to permanently close a portion of Rattie Road described as follows:

A portion of Rattie Road lying between Centreville Road and Hinch Road, which is included with this notice.

Any person who claims that his/her lands will be prejudicially affected by the closing of this highway, or who has knowledge why this closing should not proceed, may make a representation at a Regular Council meeting scheduled as follows:

September 15, 2025 at 6:30pm
Centreville Hall, Township of Stone Mills
4504 County Road 4, Centreville, Ontario

Alternatively, any person who claims to be affected by the closing of this highway, or who has knowledge why this closing should not proceed may submit a letter prior to the meeting date.
