THE TOWNSHIP OF STONE MILLS PUBLIC WORKS DECLARES THE END OF THE SIGNIFICANT WEATHER EVENT

After reviewing the incoming and current weather forecast and inspecting the current sidewalk and road conditions, the Township of Stone Mills is hereby declaring the end of the significant weather event by the Minimum Maintenance Standards, O. Reg. 239/02.

Motorists and pedestrians are reminded to continue exercising caution and to remain aware of snow and ice conditions throughout the winter months.

The Township extends its sincere gratitude to municipal staff for their dedication and extended hours over the past 48 hours. Their efforts ensured that roads and sidewalks remained passable and that Township equipment continued to operate safely and effectively.
