Congratulatory certificates are issued to Township of Stone Mills residents/organizations to recognize significant special occasions.
Certificates signed by the Reeve are available free of charge for the following special occasions:
- Birthdays (65+ years)
- Anniversaries (25+ years)
- Graduations
- Retirement
