- Surveys & deeds are available through the Land Registry Office: www.onland.ca. The Land Registry Office for Lennox and Addington is #29 Lennox. The Land Registry Office no longer has physical offices. All surveys, deeds and other title documents must be purchased from the above noted website, or through a real estate lawyer.

OLT Appeals
Decisions of a land use approval authority may be appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) Persons considering the submission of an appeal are encouraged to discuss this decision with legal counsel prior to the submission of the appeal, who is able to advise as to possible outcomes and costs associated with the appeal.
