Fire Master Plan

The Fire Master Plan is a long-range strategic document that assesses a municipality’s fire protection services and sets priorities for future improvement. It reviews community risks, emergency response capacity, staffing, stations, apparatus, training, fire prevention, inspections, public education, and financial needs. The plan helps Council and Fire Department leadership make evidence-based decisions to maintain an effective, sustainable, and legislatively compliant fire service as the community changes.
