Curbside Pickup
Residents living within the Hamlet of Newburgh have curbside pickup. Garbage and recycling is picked up within the Village of Newburgh on alternating Mondays. Effective July 1, 2025, the Township will no longer be responsible for the provision of recycling services for residential properties. To learn more, visit our Blue Box Transition page.
All Household waste MUST BE IN MANDATORY CLEAR TOWNSHIP BAGS which are available for purchase for $3.00 at the following locations:
- Stone Mills Municipal Office- 4504 County Rd. 4, Centreville
- McCormick’s Country Store - 2561 County Road 1, Camden East
- Fast Freddy's - 2068 County Rd 1, Newburgh
- A1 Corner Store - 2 Concession St, Tamworth
