The Lennox & Addington County Paramedic Service (LACPS) serves as the front-line of emergency health care and plays a critical role in the provision of emergency care and treatment of patients' medical condition or injuries. The service is jointly funded by the County of Lennox and Addington and the Province of Ontario through the Ministry of Health.

Residents and visitors are served by the Lennox & Addington County Paramedic Services as well as three area hospitals and one community health services office:

Napanee Area Community Health Centre serves about 60,000 residents of the Rural Frontenac Lennox and Addington region, spread out over a very large and rural district. All services are free unless otherwise stated.

Primary Health Care services are available to community members who live within NACHC’s catchment area. Please note that this is not a walk-in clinic, and some services are available only to rostered patients or clients.
